NO-OX-ID "A Special" 7ml tube

This is a soft electrically conductive grease.    It it is used in many industries to keep rust and corrosion from happening on metal parts.

Apply this to the threads and contacts of your mod to help with conductivity and to reduce arcing / pitting on the contact surfaces. (Results may vary)

Note: We do not claim this will make your mod "hit harder".

    perfect!!

Since I've bought a copper SMPL I've been looking for ways to decrease voltage drop. This seems to do the trick and makes the switch feel like its mated with the tube perfectly. Its like the switch and tube were cut and milled from the same copper block, it fits so well. If I didnt have to turn it to lock the switch in place I would say there are no threads.
I havent done any real comparisons from before I put it on and after since I simply dont want to remove the grease and forgot to test beforehand. The mod itself hits pretty hard as far as voltage drop goes so its hard to tell if it is any different. All I know is I did everything I could with this stuff. Love it.

    HARD TO FIND

Posted by Banjoman on 1st Apr 2015

I have been looking for a long time for an electrically conductive lube for mods and threads. This stuff is the real deal, unlike noalox which is an anti corrosive/anti seize which will get hard over time this is just a lube and it works great on threads, pins, sticky fire buttons, you should always have some on hand IMO. THANKS for making this available KP !

A necessity for all mech mod owners

Posted by Frazier Hughes on 21st Feb 2015

Can I cuss in this mofo? Holy f@#$%^& Sh** do I love this stuff!!!

Got hot joints? No-ox will end that. Got a crunchy-ass button? No-ox in the right spots will end that too. Got a mod that works perfectly fine, but ya wanna take it to it's maximum potential? F*****g No-OXxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx!!!!

I know KP can't claim that it makes your mods hit harder, but I can claim it from experience!

My cousin who vapes, is an electrician, and he explained to me that miniature arcing of electricity can occur in your threads, in the tiny little spaces where the metal of your threads isn't touching. So when you apply a conductive grease like no-ox to your threads, it fills in those empty spaces, and absolutely seals the circuit which equates to better electrical conductivity, and stops that arcing.

I have a nemesis that was gettin a lil hot (mini shocks) where the 2 tubes that make up the body join. Was used to it after awhile. I would take it apart and clean threads when it would start to get bad, and then it would be manageable. After applying no-ox to those specific threads, that hot-joint/mini-shock business has not come back since.

And I just used this on my stingray-x's button, which was getting stuck and has been generally crunchy ever since I lost the original rice pin and have been using a poorly fabricated replacement that I made by cutting a brass nail down to size. Put enough no-ox to cover the surface of the two sliding/friction parts of the button, and bathed my crappy home-made rice pin in it, and now the button responds as though the button of my dreams would. So nice... : ]

Yes, this was crazy long. Yes it sounds like some cliche-ass infomercial about this product. But I just love it, and want people to know why it's so useful for us mech mod owners.

Thanks to KP for always stocking cool diy/accessory/spare-parts/tool stuff that vapers need.
