Best customer service ever
I ordered these screws for my Phoenix V5. When I received them in the mail, they were the wrong ones. I sent a message that night regarding the problem with my order, and the following morning I had a response saying the correct ones would be shipped to me that day and apologizing for the mixup.
Not only that, I was told I could keep the wrong ones for future use, AND on top of that when I received the correct screws there was a free drip tip included.
This is by far the best customer service I have experienced from a vaping vendor. I didn't have to wait forever for a response. The issue with my order was solved with little hassle on my part. All I can say is, I will order from Kidney Puncher again. Craig cares about his customers and it shows in how quickly he responded to my issue both in communicating with me and providing a solution. -
