.5mm x .1mm = 9.345 Ohms per foot = between 30g and 31g Kanthal A-1
.8mm x .1mm = 6.085 Ohms per foot = between 28g and 29g Kanthal A-1

FLAAAVOOOR!!!
Ok so I first tried the 28g normal kanthal from here and it was amazing BUT, this stuff for some reason pulls out so much more of the crispness with in the flavors your gaping!
