18350 Battery Tests

Efest IMR 18560 vs AW IMR 18650

Both were brand new batteries charged on an XTAR WP2S with a .5 amp charge rate.

Both batteries were purchased DIRECTLY from the respective vendors.

The test performed on both batteries is:  

  • .9 ohm constant resistance
  • 7 seconds On
  • 60 seconds off
  • Repeat till the under load voltage is 2.8

This duty cycle was chosen because it most likely represents the SAFE usage of 18350 batteries in a mech mod with a RBA.

Winner: The AW IMR 18350
