N80 Square Wire 100ft Spool
Genuine Sandvik Nichrome 80 !! This is not ribbon wire, this is not flattened, this is true square / rectangle wire.
Currently available in:
.2mm x .2mm (~8.3 ohms per foot - similar size and resistance to 31g N80)
.3mm x .3mm (~4.6 ohms per foot - similar size and resistance to 28g N80)
.4mm x .4mm (~2.3 ohms per foot - similar size and resistance to 26g N80)
.5mm x .5mm (~1.4 ohms per foot - similar size and resistance to 24g N80)
.9mm x .3mm (~1.3 ohms per foot - similar size and resistance to 23g N80)
Also available in 30ft Spools.

better than expected
I knew builds would be a bit springy considering the size of the wire, but it's been easier to work with than expected. Great for experienced builders.

Need more sizes badly
I don't know if its possible to work with the supplier but I know of a few individuals that would love to see this in a .4 x .4 mm or a .5 x .5 mm option. Due to the fact that the only options out there are 317L in these sizes and ohm out way to low to use in hybrid / complex builds! Please do what you can to help and work with manufacture as you would be the first to carry and it would make you a one stop shop and a saint!

first off i had ordered a 30ft spool of this now i dont know the details but they had issues with the 30footers so I received a 100ft spool at no extra charge as always KP has the best customer service and products.. Love this square wire

a new challanger appears!
This wire is odd if anything. Very thin gauge so must be used similar to 32g. An interesting concept and very fun to play with. I'm super excited to see bigger versions of this in the future.

Superb, as expected.
This wire comes off the spool just as the ribbon wires from KP do, perfectly straight. That was my only hesitation with this wire. That aside, the size is difficult to anticipate. Even though you KNOW it's .2x.2, you still have a moment of like "whoa, this is small" when you get it. I did anyway. Quality is as expected from KP, fantastic. Hopefully they'll sell a larger spool soon because I went through that 100' in the first couple days... Overall 5 stars!
